This privacy statement describes Fotochat privacy practices and explains the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used. 2 - INTRODUCTION
Utel SA. ('the Company,' 'Utel', 'we', 'us,' 'our') operates (a) Fotochat branded application ('Licensed Application'), (b) the website located at fotochat.fr and all corresponding web pages and websites associated with the foregoing URL ('www.fotochat.fr'), and (c) any content, features, functionality and other information and services offered by us though the Licensed Application and/or the Site, including, without limitation, viral, embeddable or application/device-based features and related technology (e.g., applications, APIs, widgets, etc.), including when accessed via the Internet, mobile or other device(collectively, 'the Services').
As set forth in our Terms of Service, our content and website are not targeted to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12 years of age.
3 - SECURITY
Protection of your rights and of users.
We take reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our users secure against unauthorized access and use and we periodically review our security measures in an effort to ensure your privacy. To accomplish this we have put in place certain physical, managerial, electronic and security procedures to safeguard and protect the information that we collect. User Submitted Information
To access Fotochat service we will ask that you register and provide us with needed information about you .When you use and/or register for the Services, we collect your first username/member title, email address, password, an avatar/picture and zip code (together, 'Registration Information').
Information Collected by the Service
In addition to the information that you input, we may use Internet and Mobile technology to collect information that relates to your use of this service, such as what mobile phone operator you are using. You may not be aware when this information is being collected. We typically use such information to improve the administration of our system and to identify needed improvements to the service.
Third Parties
To improve the quality of our services, we may also supplement the information we collect with information we obtain from other users, business partners and other companies. If you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in, we may also collect your public user ID associated with that third-party service, and any information you have made public in connection with that service and which the third party shares with partner services.

6 - USE AND DISCLOSURE
Information Made Public Through Use of The Services
If you use the Services to share content or engage in other social activities, your username/member title, avatar/picture and location will be publicly available to anyone, including other users of the Service, search engines, advertisers or anyone with access to the Services. Any material or comments that you choose to post on the Services will also be public and associated with your public username/member title, avatar/picture and location.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We only share your non-public personal information with non-affiliated third parties when we believe sharing is permitted by you or authorized by this Privacy Policy. We may share your personal information with Affiliated Companies.
We use the information we collect from and about users for the following purposes:
To provide and manage the Services. We use the information we collect from and about users to provide the Services and features to you including to measure and improve those services and features, to personalize your experience by delivering relevant content, advertising and marketing messages, to provide you with customer support, and to respond to inquiries. We may use aggregated or anonymous data about use of and activity on the Services to assist us in this regard, and the use and disclosure of such data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
To send you promotional emails. Fotochat may periodically send promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications related to the Services to the email address you provided to us at registration or to your account. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from the Daily, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notification emails that you may not opt-out of as long as you are registered to use the Services, such as notifications of changes to the Services or policies.
To allow third party service providers to assist us in providing and managing the Services. We may make your non-public personal information available to certain third-party service providers, such as contractors, agents or sponsors, who help us manage or provide the Services. These service providers are required to protect any personal information entrusted to them and not use it for any other purpose than the specific service they are providing to the Services.
To protect our rights and our users. 7 - REMEDIES AND COMPLIANCE
You can change your Registration Information at any time by contacting our customer service (please refer to the part 1. CONTACT US to see contact details). You may cancel your account by deleting the Licensed Application or by contacting us as described previously. Remember that even after you cancel your account, copies of some information associated with your account, may remain viewable in some circumstances. For example, you may choose to provide us with information beyond that requested on the service. This might involve using a “Contact Us” button or similar mechanisms to provide feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, plans, or the like. Please be aware that Utel SA, and its subsidiaries will consider such information to be unsolicited, non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancellation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies. Because of the nature of caching technology, your publicly viewable account information may not be instantly inaccessible to others, and there may be a delay in the removal of the content from elsewhere on the Internet and from search engines.
